At your own risk

Everything on Mimic is used at your own risk. That covers recording and sending clips, using the dataset, connecting a wallet and holding $MIMIC.

The token

• $MIMIC can lose all of its value. Its price can move fast, and you may not be able to sell it.
• Holding it unlocks features on this site: extra task packs, a leaderboard badge and a weekly vote. That is all it does.
• It is not a share, does not pay anything, and gives no rights to Mimic, the dataset or any income.
• Nothing on this site or on Mimic's X account is financial or legal advice, and nothing is a promise about the future.
• Only use money you can afford to lose completely.

Wallets

Signing in with Phantom only signs a text message. Mimic never asks you to approve a transaction, and never asks for your secret phrase. If anything does, it is not us.

Recording

Be careful with what is on your table while you record: knives, hot liquids and glass. Do the tasks safely and at a normal pace.

The dataset

The dataset is provided as it is. Landmarks are estimates and can be wrong. Check that it fits your use before you rely on it.
